Who do we share your personal data with?
Your data may be transferred to other companies of the group to which the Company belongs (Grupo Lantero), for the aforementioned purposes.

As a result of access to information by other entities of the Lantero Group, your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area to the following countries:
Argentina, a country with respect to which there is an adequacy finding by the European Commission that allows such international transfer to that country (you can access this adequacy finding here).
The United States, Chile, Brazil, Mexico, Morocco, Russia and the United States, for which there is no adequacy decision. In order to allow the international transfer of data to these countries, we will have entered into standard contractual clauses approved by the commission. How long do we keep your data?
The Company will process personal data for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the corresponding purpose:

The personal data of those users who send their curriculum vitae through the form on the Web Site will be kept for the duration of the personnel selection process. In the event that there is no personnel selection process open at the time of sending the curriculum vitae, the data will be kept for one year. The data requested as a result of your status as a finalist candidate will only be stored if the employment contract is formalized and will be managed as part of the processing of your data as an employee.
Once the specific processing has been completed in accordance with the above, we will subsequently keep the personal data duly stored and protected for as long as liabilities arising from the processing may arise, in compliance with the regulations in force from time to time.
Can the Privacy Policy be changed?
The Company may change the Privacy Policy when necessary to reflect legislative changes or changes in the way data is handled. In the event that we do so, we may provide notice of changes by various means through the Web Site (e.g., through a banner, a pop-up), or by sending users an e-mail when the change in question is significant.
